Privacy Policy

This site has one form on it. This page explains exactly what that form collects, which companies handle it on the way to PRH Media, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. There is nothing else going on: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies.
01What this site collects
Only what is typed into the inquiry form and submitted on purpose:
- Name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The free-text description of what keeps slipping
Netlify, which hosts this site and receives the form, also records standard technical information with each submission — the IP address it was sent from, and the browser's user agent string. That is part of its spam filtering, not something PRH Media asks for.
Nothing is collected from people who read the page and do not submit the form, other than the ordinary server request logs any website produces.
02What it is used for
To reply to the inquiry, to work out whether PRH Media can actually help, and to keep a record of the conversation if it continues.
Submitted information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not added to a newsletter or any marketing sequence. A form submission produces a reply from a person and nothing else.
03Who else handles it
A submission passes through these services on its way to PRH Media. Each holds a copy, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data on its systems.

Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it — a valid subpoena, court order, or comparable legal demand.
04Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or conversion pixels, no session recording, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. Nothing here follows a visitor to another website.
05Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site performs no tracking of visitors across time or across other websites, there is nothing for that signal to switch off — the behaviour is the same whether it is sent or not. No third party is permitted to collect personally identifiable information from visitors to this site for its own purposes.
06How long it is kept
An inquiry that leads to a conversation or to work is kept for as long as that relationship lasts, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. An inquiry that goes nowhere is deleted within 24 months of the last contact.
Deletion on request is faster — see below.
07Reviewing, correcting, or deleting information
Email preston.hp@prhmedia.net with the address used on the form and say what is needed: a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion. Requests are answered within 30 days, and deletion is carried out across Airtable, Slack, and the Netlify form record.
No account is required and no fee is charged. California residents have this right under state law; it is offered here to everyone regardless of where they live.
08Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS. Every account in the chain above is protected by multi-factor authentication, and access is limited to PRH Media alone — there is no team, and no contractor is given access to inquiry data.
That said, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee is offered. Please do not send sensitive personal information — Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or client records — through the form on this site. If sharing that kind of material becomes necessary during an engagement, it will be arranged through a secure channel agreed in advance.
09Children
This site sells business services and is not directed at children. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16. If such information has been submitted, email the address above and it will be deleted.
10Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here and the "Last updated" date at the top is changed. A material change — a new service handling submissions, a new use for the information — will be noted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
